Harvey Cutsail Jr 32 of Taney apartments died from complications of electrical burns caused when a television antenna fell across a high tension 33 000 volt line during erection at 21 East Fifth street on February 14. John Nusz 27 of Braddock avenue survived. both men were taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital then to New ton D Baker Veterans Hospital Martinsburg W Va. A power company spokesman said low amperage prevented immediate electrocution. Cutsail survived by wife Clara and two children. he served five years in the Army medical corps in Iceland France Germany and England and belonged to Frederick Church of the Brethren. Survivors include parents, siblings, and two half-brothers. funeral plans not announced.
