Frederick County mental health agencies merge at luncheon
Frederick County Mental Health Association Inc and Counseling Services Inc merged to secure stability and continue high quality mental health education prevention and treatment. Counseling Services becomes a major program of the Mental Health Association with Norine Haas as executive director for the counseling program and interns from local schools.
