Three Scouts Earn God and Country Award at YS Methodist
In Yellow Springs Brook Hall Church February 7 Troop 271 Scouts Joseph Gouge Rodney Smith and Franklin Wastler Jr planned and led morning worship as part of a God and Country award pursuit. They studied Bible parts church works and scripture origins, served as ushers and acolytes, and received the honor from Scoutmaster Franklin Wastler Sr and Rev William Pittman. The boys presented their parents with God and Country pins in recognition.

Chicago AP reports Leo Casale operator of a dance lounge appeared Tuesday for a court hearing in Seattle on a conspiracy to fix a Seattle University Idaho basketball game. Casale, 24, waived preliminary hearing and was held for removal to Seattle District Court.
