Collision on Route 15 Involving Army Vehicle and Towed Car
A 1953 Mercury towing a 1953 Ford jackknifed on Route 15, causing the towed car to roll onto the shoulder and hit a northbound Army vehicle driven by WAC Staff Sgt.
