The Scary Guy, born Earl Kenneth Kaufmann, changed his name by court order to reflect his heavily tattooed body and face. He has over 80 percent of his body covered, including a UPC barcode and a crime-mystery drawing, and he opened three tattoo shops in Tucson. He describes tattooing as personal self-expression and faced ridicule for tattooing his face while maintaining a belief in freedom of expression.

Specter urges international trial for Saddam over weapons

Senator Specter told CNN that the United States must topple Saddam Hussein and push for his prosecution in an international war crimes tribunal. He warned of new moves after Iraq restricted inspections in January despite a November deal. In Baghdad, Annan signed a serious credible agreement with Tariq Aziz while the Pentagon prepared 500000 reservists for a possible strike. Aziz credited diplomacy, not U.S. threats, for the deal.
