Middletown planning group reviews notice changes
The Planning and Zoning Commission debated how residents are informed about neighborhood development hearings in Jefferson Village Townhouses. They discussed mailing notices to all residents but warned of time and bureaucratic burden and planned language to require posting notices at common townhouse entrances. The panel also approved a substantive zoning change sending it to the town commission and allowed right of way signs for subdivision or community names with permits and revocation rights at no cost to the town.
