Wisp Condominium Hotel Plans for Deep Creek Lake Resort

Plans unveil a 470 unit Wisp Condominium Hotel at Deep Creek Lake Maryland with 56 new suites, a five story Atrium ice rink and energy controlled complex. Architects are Gaesh Associates of Pittsburgh and local developers Thoman and Heise project a two year build with 65 suites ready by June for the summer season.
