Continuing education courses for Maryland real estate agents
Maryland requires all licensed real estate agents to complete 12 hours of approved continuing education before license renewal. Agents licensed before May 1, 1980, or after April 30, 1979, are exempt this year but must take courses by 1984. The Frederick County Board of Realtors offers two 12 hour courses at Frederick Community College plus a 6 hour course on tax and investment aspects open to the public. Courses cover home conservation, energy efficiency, 1982 tax act impacts, and historic district considerations.安排 lectures by Brady Grimshaw Coates and Coates. For details call 6H-1220.
