Hold up suspects held in Carroll county jail
Murray Polson, of Emmitsburg, and Edward Ohler, with an accomplice, were arrested Monday on charges of assault with intent to rob. John Hilterbrick of Taneytown reported being held at gunpoint around midnight February 9, but was told there was no money. The three suspects were brought before Police Justice George E. Benson at Westminster and each bound over for a hearing in default of $250 bond.

Suit About Boat Involves Oglee and Engle in Court
An appeal on a Judgment for 55 dollars rendered May 9 against George W Oglee of 1035 North Market street in favor of James W Engle local patternmaker was heard by Judge Arthur D Wilard in Client Court this morning. Engle sought 55 dollars for 110 hours of labor in building a boat in spring and summer 1933 using lumber and material supplied by Ogle. Ogle contends the keel was improperly laid and Engle overcharged. The case was before Justice Motter last May. Ogle failed to appear and Engle was awarded the judgment. Two days later Ogle appealed. Engle is represented by Manuel M Weinberg. Alton Bennett appeared for Ogle. Argument was withheld after testimony. The first petit jury panel for February term was drawn to hear Myer Kaplan Anna Kaplan Fannie Kaplan and Abram Kaplan trading as the V Kaplan Co Brunswick against William B Wenner a renter over rent.
