Marijuana Charged To Local Man
Frederick police say Donald B. Millis Jr. of Motter Avenue was arrested early Thursday on a warrant for aiding fugitives. A wallet found marijuana is alleged possession. Mills is jailed in Frederick County on 5000 dollar bond. Three escaped inmates and Mills were taken into custody at West Second Street and North Court Streets by off duty officers.
