Reassessment Annually Is Backed By 11
ANNAPOLIS, Feb. 17 Eleven senators proposed annual real estate reassessment in Maryland. Senate leaders Della Goldstein Kimble and others sponsor the bill, backing a shift to yearly valuation of property starting July 1, 1955. The measure faces tax and staffing estimates, with opposition to alternate one third reassessment plans and support for annual cycles.
