Jacob Nathanson, jailed in Chicago, fights extradition. Mulhall says he worked for his father in the business, then fled.
West Orange February 18 John F Randolph treasurer of the Edison Manufacturing Company and private secretary to Thomas A Edison shot himself at his residence on New Valley Way. Authorities believe temporary insanity and note rapid intervention by Edison saved Mrs Randolph from self harm after learning of her husband s death.
New York reports a necro burglar captured while attempting to pawn Vanderbilt effects. Jaenes Ander Son identified as suspect, with canine units involved. Authorities say the man faced sentencing for prior thefts and is linked to the recent break in at a local property. The case unfolds as investigators pursue the stolen items and motive.
