Linganore residents clamor as maintenance fee hike falls through
Lake Linganore townhouse residents accuse the board of secrecy after canceling a Wednesday meeting to discuss a proposed 10 percent increase in annual maintenance fees from 224 to 248 dollars. They say the move harms resale value and transparency while funds fund trash pickup, snow removal, and lighting.
