Mrs. Frank C. Matthews wife of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange secretary was injured when her eastbound car collided head on with a westbound Oldsmobile driven by Delbert Moore on a narrow Sandy Hook hill during a snowstorm. She suffered a neck cut near the jugular, treated by Dr A G Horino, and later left by train with her husband. both drivers blamed the other as visibility was poor and the crash damaged both vehicles.
