Man Who Slew Wife Is Reported In Fair Condition
State Police reported Roy Keeney, 52, in fair condition at Frederick Memorial Hospital after a knife attack on his wife Rachel Emma Keeney. Keeney shot himself in the right cheek when officers attempted to enter the house. Mrs Keeney lay dead from throat wounds and stab injuries on the kitchen floor. Keeney’s car was found wrecked on Singapore Road and he was later captured at his father’s home. He faces murder charges.
