Matusow testimony and perjury questions loom in government case
The piece reviews James Marlow on Harvey Matusow, an ex Communist Party member and FBI informer who testifies under oath and now claims earlier testimony was a lie. It discusses potential perjury charges, the legal standards for proving false testimony, and the government's challenge in proving truthfulness across multiple trials involving 13 Communist defendants and a Southwest labor case. The surrounding Bolivar area notes list local social updates and events.
