Jurors praise jail operations in Frederick County report
The Frederick County Grand Jury ended its six month term February 4 and praised the Adult Detention Center. They commended inmate meals and dining practices, noted lack of pre entry searches, urged unannounced future visits, and urged ventilation upgrades in the gym and cell blocks. They lauded Central Booking efficiency but criticized lack of a non public meeting room and courtroom amplification and climate control.
