Shipley's Store Sold to Corporation for Continued Operation
The long standing Shipley's store at 103 North Market street has been sold to Shipley's Incorporated. Earl A Wolb is president with Clark P Sheelenheim as VP. George Blumenauer becomes secretary treasurer. Dorsey Shipley’s business continues under the new company with the same staff in charge of departments such as hunting and fishing, sporting goods safes, and household wares.
