Miami Beach February 12 The Teamsters Union faces a potential 5000000 legal bill from the compromise court suit aimed at blocking James R. Hoffa from becoming union president. Attorney Godfrey P. Schmidt notes prior court approval is needed from U.S. District Judge F. Dickinson Sells in Washington. The case, tied to monitors appointed after Hoffa era disclosures and power struggles, follows the union’s expulsion from AFL-CIO two months ago.
