Valentine Day Shows Romance In Frederick
Valentine Day brings romance and gifts to Frederick merchants with rising sales. Shoppers pursue heart shaped confections, hosiery, lingerie, and jewelry while many men opt for discreet Valentine cards. Leap Year adds chance for bolder mating gestures and the Paris Scrap Iron Fair closes the piece.
