Washington Feb 11 The Federal Reserve board was urged by the Senate to propose legislation to limit brokers loans from reserve funds after a Senate letter to member banks. Senator Glass called the stock exchange a gambling institution menacing the economy and said warning should have come earlier. Senator Heflin asked the Board to propose a legislative remedy to address the brokers loans situation.
