Suspects Held In Burglary In Frederick
Two Poolesville men Jerry Wayne Kitts twenty three and Edmond L. Kitts twenty seven were returned to Frederick from Washington after waiving extradition. They face burglary charges tied to Peoples Drug Store at Frederick Shopping Center where about two thousand dollars in cash merchandise disappeared. A Laytonsville youth, 17, was also involved. Police found a car with mud obscuring rear lights, a camera and two suitcases containing fifty eight hundred dollars worth of electronics. Charges evolving to fugitive from justice were dropped for the adults. the teen remains in Metropolitan Police custody.
