Murder suspect to remain jailed until trial in domestic case
Mount Airy man Donald Wayne Holt 44 will stay in jail without bail on first and second degree murder charges in the death of his wife Nancy Holt. He waived a bail review and preliminary hearing is set for March 9 as prosecutors weigh grand jury action. Holt allegedly strangled Nancy Jan 18 in their Mount Airy home and moved the body to a car then to an Anne Arundel County parking lot before hospital arrest.
