Pennsylvania Governor Shapp urged about 125 independent drivers at Bartonsville to accept a tentative 60 day agreement endorsed by the Fraternal Association of Steel Haulers. He said congressional action may occur and criticized President Nixon and Attorney General Saxbe over civil actions and antitrust probes related to the stoppage.
