Frederick War Worker Killed In Auto Crash
A Frederick shipyards worker was killed and two other local men were injured in a head on collision with a truck on Route 40 by-pass near Catonsville. Roscoe David Zimmerman 27 of 225 East Seventh street died instantly. Augustine Wickless and Theodore Hamrick, both Frederick residents, were injured and taken to St Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. The truck driver William Stinchcomb 21 of Glen Burnie was unhurt and held pending manslaughter charges. Zimmerman's funeral arrangements will be announced.

New Delhi February 9 a US air force communique said the largest single day force of American bombers hit Rangoon Burma targeting docks and railroad facilities.
