Plan Elaborate Home Show Display In 1940 Preview
Harry Harper, general chairman of the fourth annual Home Show, announced the program is in the nailing down stage for March 25 at the State Armory. Frederick Junior Chamber of Commerce sponsors the event, a traditional springtime industry preview with top attractions. Margaret Priebe of Des Moines won the national title America’s top housewife last June in Ft Lauderdale among 30 finalists. Harper expressed enthusiasm that preparations ahead of the show offer a strong opportunity for the Jaycee organization.
