Fraud charges against Imperial Trustees officials face arrests
New York February 6 United States Marshal Henkel arrested John F White president of the Imperial Trustees Company of Jersey City plus brokers Colt and Ruxton on indictments charging use of the mails to defraud. They allegedly sent circulars claiming clients with idle capital would invest in first class securities and offered to handle bonds guaranteed by the Imperial Trustees company none of which were sold.
