Outdoor School may be suspended at Catoctin Park

SHA engineer Clingan dies after cancer battle
Wayne R. Clingan 31 of Taylorsville dies Feb 5 at home after a four year cancer struggle. Born May 11 1941 in Frederick he was the son of Pauline Clingan and the late Raymond R. Clingan. A 1953 UMd civil engineering graduate and Chi Epsilon member he joined the State Highway Administration. He served as district engineer for District 7 Frederck Carroll Howard counties and later led Diginet 7 before retirement. He was active in Masonry Eastern Star Square Dancing and St Barnabas Episcopal Church. Surviving wife Margaret two sons Ross and Matthew a daughter Kirstine Anne and two sisters. Funeral details and interment at Mount Olivet. Contributions to St Barnabas and Johns Hopkins Oncology appreciated.
