Bail set at 150000 for escaped Frederick prisoner
In Frederick County district court Leon F. Gaines Jr. 33 of Frederick was granted bond at 150000 on charges including breaking and entering theft and escape. The court noted a prior 1983 sentence and escape from an in patient program while awaiting bond review. A second case saw Lester E. Gilchrist 25 defer sentencing after authorities described a June 8 break in with multiple offenses.
