Mount Dali and Mount Zion roads proved especially treacherous as State Police reported life threatening injuries and a tractor trailer overturned at Dance Hall Road and Gas House Pike. District officials cited unsteady weather as the reason for delays and closures, noting forecasts were unreliable and snow continued through the morning.

All vehicles now pass scales, with $1 charged per 40 pounds and an $80 annual pass with a 1.6 ton limit.
