United Way Honors Snyder for Outstanding Volunteer Work

Culwell Convicted of Traffic Offenses in Bus Stop Tragedy
Frederick man Matthew Thomas Culwell, 25, was found guilty of nine traffic violations in the death of 6 year old Robert Donald Mitten Jr. near Libertytown while awaiting a school bus.
