Three Frederick County women obtained a total 280000 dollars pre trial settlement from A H Robins Company and Dr Hugh J Davis of Baltimore amid nationwide Dalkon Shield litigation. The suits claimed negligence and fraud over the IUD device marketed 1971 to 1974.
