Washington AP reports that Richard M Nixon once a balanced budget advocate has become the largest postwar deficit spender in the White House. Since 1969 the government has over spent revenues by 63.4 billion with 1974 projected to 68 billion and 1975 proposed at 9.4 billion pushing total deficits to 77.4 billion by June 30 1975.
