Three Burned as Truck Plunges Into Wall near Harpers Ferry
A produce truck ran out of control on Harpers Ferry's long hill at about 9 15 this morning, crashing into a wall and bursting into flames. Two men and a woman, Arthur Anderson 29 of Harford County Maryland, Charles Anderson 20 of Grant Virginia, and Elizabeth Burrows 14 of Perryville Maryland, suffered serious burns and were taken to Charles Town Hospital where none were thought critical. Turkeys horses and cattle were saved though furniture and machinery were destroyed.
