Collision at Sea Between Steamer and Schooner Feared Loss
In a February sea collision forty miles east of the Delaware Capes the Hamburg American liner Pring Oskar struck the schooner City of Georgetown. The schooner sank after ramming the liner. Captain A. C. Slocum and seven crew survived with hours of peril and heroic rescue by Pring Oskar officers and lifeboat crews.
