Annexation Move Approved for Bowman Farm in Frederick
Frederick officials on Thursday agreed a petition to annex the 989.69 acre Bowman Farm should advance. City Attorney Lynn Tillery Board noted 51 percent or 219 acres would join the city while the rest stays with Hood College.
