A doctor later pronounced both mother and unborn baby dead at 5 a m.

Thomas M Eichelberger announces a bid for a third term as Frederick County register of wills. A Democrat, he first won the office in 1958 and was re elected four years ago, with a $10000 yearly salary. He is the son of longtime city treasurer Louis Eichelberger and the late Susie Eichelberger. He attended Frederick High School Baltimore City Junior College and American University for testamentary law and estates courses. He left school to serve in the U S Coast Guard during World War II and later ran a painting and sheet metal business.
