Zoning consultant under scrutiny in Frederick County update
Frederick County Commissioners debate the role and obligations of Chicago consultant Lane Kendig under a 139500 contract to rewrite the zoning ordinance. Kendig has attended a February session and met with staff and groups, but questions remain about additional required hearings and whether his work fully satisfies the update committee’s mandate. A public information session is set for February 9 at Winchester Hall with televised portions.
