Ideal Boss Polls Reveal Mixed Traits and Street Survey
The National Office Management Assn polled 6,537 of 20,000 office workers in the US and Canada to define an ideal boss as a fair, skilled leader aged 40 to 49 with common sense. Critics on the street offer a sardonic portrait of a manic depressive, near sighted, forgetful manager who plays golf and avoids lecturing staff. Transportation and traffic notes include DMV tag pulls supervised by Col. Elmer Munshower and two local arrests for traffic violations, plus a Marine officer transfer to Camp LeJeune.
