Fire destroys home near Frederick. wiring fault ruled cause
A fire heavily damaged the Norbert Wolf residence at 9726 Gas House Pike while the couple was away with relatives from the West Coast. State Fire Marshal investigators say the attic wiring malfunction started the blaze, causing about 200000 dollars in damage to the structure and contents. Neighbors reported the fire near Dance Hall Road and Westwood Drive at about 6 pm, per Walkerville Volunteer Fire Chief Scott Campbell.
