Motorcyclist dies after Dec 23 Chapman Avenue crash
ROCKVILLE A 22 year old motorcyclist died from injuries after a collision on Chapman Avenue near Bouie Avenue on December 23 around 5 30 p m. Joseph Jousef Saah was riding a 1982 Honda when a 1989 Volkswagen turning left caused the crash. Driver Michael Earl Doctor 35 of Alexandria Virginia was charged with failure to yield. Saah wearing a helmet was ejected and struck his head. helmet came off during impact.
