Dover December 21 The Delaware legislature in an extra session organized after a lengthy dispute over offices passed a bill extending the new judgment lien law to January 1, 1906 and approved funds for the session. Wires dispute settled with Union Addicks Republicans conceding half the offices to Regulars for the extra session only. The session adjourned sine die with next week’s Senate leadership fight over the president pro tempore pending and J Edward Addicks named as an avowed candidate for U S senator.
