The couple later was taken to Pittsburgh. A charge of stealing the judge's automobile used for the trip will not be pursued. The pair had disappeared from Pittsburgh on Sunday morning.
Firemen searching the Ponce de Leon hotel in Roanoke Va found an unidentified man on the top floor. Later the body was identified as William Tracen 72 a retired Norfolk and Western tre keeper.
George Schluderberg 62 chair man of the Schluderbergh Kurdle Co a major meat packing house figure in Baltimore died after several months illness He was associated with the packing business in the city for 45 years and helped form the Esskay products line with the Kurdle company.
