Train Kills Seven In Previous Incident
Chicago, Dec 28 AP Two women were killed and a man critically injured when the International Limited of the Grand Trunk Line hit an automobile in Blue Island. It was the same train that two days earlier struck another car in Harvey, killing seven. The dead are Mrs Mary Metzinger 55 of Fargo North Dakota and Leona Metzinger about 30, her daughter. The injured man was Leon Metzinger husband and father to the victims.

In Smithsburg on December 28 stockholders of the People's Banking Company were warned that court action will follow unless their stockholders' liability is paid within ten days.
