In Cincinnati Ohio on Dee 26 AP reports Raymond Miler 31 of Newport Kentucky was fined 100 dollars and costs for making his five year old son dance barefoot in a snow covered street and for abusing a child The father was fined 50 dollars and costs for street begging and 50 dollars and costs for abusing a child Police testified the man begged from passersby as the half frozen boy danced They found the boy's shoes stockings and 62 dollars in the father's pocket.
