McCarthy Plans Speeches On Tough War Policy
Senator McCarthy announced he will deliver many public speeches after the new year to promote his hard line Cold War policy. He urged cutting aid to nations trading with Communist China and said a blockade could be achieved without warships, while criticizing President Eisenhower for a perceived weakness on communism.
