Twenty year old Brian Stepam is in critical condition after intruders invaded his Rockville home at 1306 Claggett Drive shortly after midnight. Police say two men struggled with Stepam, he was shot twice with a handgun and the suspects fled. two other residents were in the house but did not pursue.
