Over 400 Attend Annual Service At Church Here
More than 400 people attended the annual White Gifts for the Kins program at the Evangel Reformed Church of the United Church of Christ. Rev. Paul L. Alrhouse reported the event held Sunday evening with a pageant What Can I Give Him detailing roles for readers shepherds angels and speaking parts. The service featured a lengthy list of participants and organizers. Carroll F. Leatherman Jr. of Myersville was named a representative of Lutheran Brotherhood fraternal life insurance society. He and his wife Thelma belong to Zion Lutheran Church in Middletown and he serves in church roles including council Sunday School secretary Lutheran League president and Brotherhood member.
