Phoenix Inc a Frederick based multi division construction materials firm with Maryland and Virginia locations announced Friday it has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. CEO Ralph Kline said The Bank of New England refused to work with the company and fessed judgment. the bank reportedly holds billions in non performing assets per The Wall Street Journal. The company with over 200 employees will continue operations and supply products while restructuring. Corporate HQ is 5350 A Spectrum Drive Frederick.
