Jury finds Boydsman guilty of sexual abuse of daughter
A seven man jury in Rockville convict ed a 51 year old retired computer operator on a second count of child abuse for acts against his 15 year old adopted daughter from Central America. He already serves a ten year term for abusing another daughter. Sentencing set for Jan 8. The case centered on credibility of the teenage witness who testified in detail about ongoing assaults.
